    • Materials and precision mold development: 

      Based on our in-depth understanding of high-performance automotive silicone component materials, we work with top material suppliers to carefully select the most suitable LSR materials for customers (hardness range covers Shore A 10-80). The mold uses high thermal conductivity steel and a full hot runner system, and has special exhaust and cold runner designs based on the rheological characteristics of silicone, aiming to achieve rapid and uniform solidification and effectively reduce internal stress.

    • Molding and process integration: 

      Our molding process is capable of high dimensional accuracy of ±0.05 mm. In the field of consumer electronics, we integrate advanced processes such as multi-color/multi-material co-injection and in-mold inserts; while in the automotive field, we focus on meeting the performance requirements of long-term weather resistance, oil resistance and wide temperature (-40°C to 200°C). Post-processing processes, such as spraying (providing UV protection and color), in-mold/secondary vulcanization bonding, laser engraving and plasma treatment, are all completed in a strictly controlled clean environment.
